Its old beams carry a quiet energy, the kind that settles into the walls and somehow finds its way into every batch we roast. MIYI Coffee was born from a simple idea: create a better cup for people who love the craft as much as we do.
We travel whenever we can, visiting growing regions and bringing coffee back directly from the farmers who cultivate it with pride. When a place is too far to reach, we partner with trusted vendors who source the highest‑grade beans in the world. Any savings we receive are passed straight to you. Our pricing stays honest and consistent, because great coffee should be explored, not rationed.
We roast as a hobby‑based business, usually once or twice a week, always giving the beans time to rest and aerate so they reach you at their freshest. And if you ever want something roasted to your exact preference, we can craft a custom batch just for you. Specialty roasting requires dedicated time on our equipment, so it may come with a small premium, but the result is a cup shaped entirely to your taste.

Coffee beans are graded by size using a screen system, where smaller beans fall through and larger ones remain on top. Bigger is not always better. Most specialty roasters look for an ideal, medium‑sized bean because it roasts more evenly from the surface to the core. Larger beans often struggle to achieve that same uniformity.
